Don’t be baffled because some are already contemplating what to wear for tonight’s outing.

Some women are more daring than the devil.

So when will they protest against prostitution in ph?

Protest all you want, if you can't caution your daughters against hanging out with strangers, the trend remains as this is not by any means the fault of the govt.

If police stop a car at night to make some enquiries, it is those oloshos that will be first shouting intruding into privacy, so that's the free society you so much desired, live with it.

These incidents are related, I think someone just want to whip up sentiments again using women.

[s]Go and get them.

If they don't stop hanging out with strangers it continues.

A lady will come across a man an hour ago, she introduces him as her boyfriend, pls how do you get this man if he eventually kill her. Instead of blaming your ways, keep blaming the govt.

They keep saying she is old enough to differentiate what is good for her, I think she should also be old enough to take responsibility for the consequences of action[/s].
stop all this hypocritical yarns abeg...

We have a senile killer roaming about. Stopping prostitution will NEVER take that killer out of our midst. What makes you think that killer won't decide to kill you tomorrow if he/she is tired of killing women?

If that killer is your neighbour, what makes you think he/she can't kill you if the opportunity arises? We all are at the mercy of this killer, and need to get rid of him/her

On a serious note the Rivers State government need to wake up and strengthen law enforcement agencies so that they do their job.

Plus the government's role in taming this manace in portharcourt cannot be compared to that of self-consciousness, self-discipline and public awareness(especially on the current killings). Ladies who must do their business must be on the alert(vigilant) and avoid meeting customers in secretive places.

You can protest prostitution. Let them protest what they chose to. Don't trivialize life.

Information Parrot Nigeria

A group of angry women have taken to the streets of Portharcourt to protest against the continuous killing of young ladies in several hotels in the Rivers State capital.

The protest which is currently ongoing is organised by Women in Rotary - Portharcourt South in partnership with Rotary Clubs in Portharcourt and other organisations.

Places visited by the protesting women dressed in black clothes include the Rivers State Government House, The Rivers State House of Assembly, The State Office of the Department of State Services, DSS and the State Headquarters of the Nigeria Police among others.

The women are demanding a stop to the senseless killings and the arrest and prosecution of the serial killer(s).

Information Parrot Nigeria recalls that about eight (cool young ladies have been reportedly killed in similar ways by yet to identified killers in various hotels in Portharcourt in less than two months.

People are still blaming the victims of these mindless killings, what a very lazy way to think! why not tell people to stop entering buses entirely because of one chance, or tell people to avoid traveling at all or highways because of kidnappers and robbers! We should engage our problem solving skills in this country abeg! It's bad.

The most important thing now, is to get that killer/killers arrested and locked up far from society.

I bet if that killer were your neighbour and you found out he kills ONLY women, you would still panick and flee from that compound despite the fact that you're a man.

No one, not even a prostitute deserves to be killed gruesomely.

Over 90 percent of the girls killed are runs gals and mostly in the hotels.

Anyway, since protest is going on against the killing, girls should continue hanging out with strangers.

Abeg I no fit shout.
