Actually almost all now do lecture in English. 
Especially the business schools - which are world famous.

@Kadman, just checked nad discovered most of them are for masters but am looking into continuing my Bsc there.

@all the American Uni is damn expensive its like the schools there are only good for Msc maybe I'll just go for my summers there and come back to NC like you advised
