Everyone actually does all the above but what really makes billionaires or even the trillionaire King Solomon?

No thoughts is new in itself, what you are currently thinking, someone or plenty people elsewhere are thinking exactly the same thoughts, what makes it new is the fact that a distinct personality is expressing it.

Since it's thoughts and ideas rule the world, some people naturally have a foresighted vision, because they are aware of their thoughts and its consequences, they then see the potentials of certain items - John Davidson Rockefeller saw oil and knew it was a potential tool the whole world would use for fueling the cars they got, the cars built by Henry Ford.

Billionaires simply use their present conditions to predict and visualize what the world would need tomorrow and devote their time to providing it - from services like teaching truths which the Clerics do to telecommunications to entertainment to tangibles like oil and gas, food and beverages and so on.

Steve Jobs and Bill gates had seen what is happening today in the technology world in the 20th century as all billionaires have done.

It's all about Vision which is not about living in the past but living in the present with a zeal and zest to experience the future.
