asfrank: No, the CoS isn't more powerful than the VP anywhere in the world. Quit making unfounded statements. The CoS is powerful as a go-between the President and his staff, not to be more powerful than a co-elected VP. In essence, the CoS has his powers restricted to the presidential Villa. He has to be poerrul because he stands between you and the president. Saying he is more powerful than the VP constitutionally is outrightly false. |
