Nigerian fast-rising singer, Naira Marley has broken his silence after he was unable to perform at Infinix concert in UNILAG.

The Infinix Hot 8 concert which took place in UNILAG yesterday was beyond lit due to the fact that the venue was packed out with students of the University of Lagos (UNILAG), Lagos State University (LASU), Lagos State Polytechnic (LASPOTECH), Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH) and Federal College of Education (Technical), Akoka.

The concert was one of its kind as it featured the likes of Mayorkun and Qdot. Unfortunately, the most anticipated artiste, Naira Marley who was also invited didn’t perform at the said event.

Many of the people in the crowd actually turned up for Naira Marley but sadly enough, the man of the crowd was unable ‘control the crowd’ due to some circumstances.

Clearing the air via his Instagram stories, Naira Marley claimed the promoters took so long and on getting to UNILAG around 7:30 pm, he was told the sound has been turned off already.

He also said the crowd at the event was overwhelming and there was no enough security for him.
