So an invitation to a burial ceremony is now an indication of an Elder in your village.

That's usually the smokescreen for political jockeying.
In the days of the military, it offers a descent cover for planning a coup.
Certainly, 2023 will be part of this ceremony.

were is congo river....i think u are stock on the ethiopia thingy...my bad...humans originated from east africa of which ethiopia is among.

Recent migrations must have led to the formation of the igbo, edoid and yoruba tribes in that order

No, we didn't originate from Ethopia. We don't have a similar language pattern

And all Humans didn't necessarily orgin from the east.

In Africa, we have chadic language and those are people believed to have migrated from lavent in today's middle east. The Hausas and a good numbers of tribe in Northern Nigeria fall into this group.

We have the Bantus who do not share any language trait or DNA with the those Africans the migrated from the east. They are believed to be indigenous to central Africa.

We have the Nilotics who are believed to have migrated from the Nile region and believed to be the original inhabitants of Eygpt, Ethiopia etc, but the languages of the igbos, Yoruba and Edo is not similar to the Nilotics language.

We are grouped among the Niger Congo language speakers. And the orgin of Niger Congo language speakers is west Africa. Hence, it is very likely we didn't migrate from anywhere.
