xandy84: Do not mind the idiot. His name is already on the list showing he is a graduate already. What does he need the 21k for? Instead of him to think of his call up letter, he is thinking of convocation ceremony. The 2 people quoting you are the same person. He is opening multiple accounts. |

Kayoderebel: Non of these artists have the commercial appeal and what it take to be big.. Except for the like of iyanya who isn't really putting in the hard work, Dija sabotage her own career simply because she got married, Johnny Drille isn't doing bad.. But me and you both know Nigerians don't vibe to the likes of Johnny Drille music, DNA boy are just work of PR, Psquare wanna be, no talent, no hard work, hence no results. and who the hell is Ladipoe? Dr sid time is passed he wasn't really a force to recon with to begin. And D prince never had talent, D prince is a product of nepotism. He just drop a few songs and rolled with the big guys hence his name was known. No shred of talent. If you put in the hard work, drop regular content and get manage by Don Jazzy you will mostly like strive. 2 Likes |

Risingblue008: Good thing some Nigerians are educated. It’s all marketing & it’s done by artists on international labels. I understand donjazzy has sold his label to some american investors. Billboard adverts, radio interviews, magazine interviews, tv talkshow performances are all MARKETING. It just depends on how far the label is willing to spend on the artist. |

Mercy2006: Since Tiwa is now signed to Universal Records... all her advert and other expenses will be paid for by the company and then deducted form concerts and music revenue.... so she needs to keep her eye on the ball or she will be upset when she realises all the aided following her up and down the global round trips shes making will be classified as over heads I have a feeling WizKid already has an issue with his own deal hence why his Made in Lagos Album is delayed and lawyers are working behind the scenes to iron things out a lot of our artists sign big deals make a lot abput it withour reading the small prints properly |

ideylaff:Lol! You only mentioned Tiwa and Wizkid. Davido, Burna, MrEazi, Maleekberry, Tekno all have international deals too. Or you think Burnabooy and Davido are publishing their music under Nigerian labels? If they were publishing under Nigerian labels their music would only have gone as far as Olamides music has gone. You think an american magazine or music/tv station will just feature Olamide of YBNL or Starboy or DMW of Nigeria? Faraway Nigeria of all countries. Who u be? If it’s by dt make dem feature mayorkun and play his songs too na. Even american citizens can’t get dt attention unless they’re signed. International labels do marketing for their acts. |

prettytasha: GodCovenant: Risingblue008: ideylaff: None of the artistes or their labels paid a penny for these ads... Rather these billboard adverts are paid for entirely by YouTube Music... The idea is to drive traffic to both the Premium (subscription) and the Free (with ads) channels. > 1 Like |
