I'm intrigued as to why there's been no palpable public discourse about the fact the PH serial killer - Gracious David West - admitted he confessed to a Lord's Chosen Pastor he was a killer (and attended their crusade without receiving deliverance), his FB profile says he works for Salvation Ministries and it is claimed he was once rehabilitated and delivered at OPM from his past of armed robbery.

I'm not insinuating a single case should be used to draw damning conclusions on the churches mentioned - but it's evident this young man is definitely under the influence of dark or demonic power. Does that mean the churches did not have the requisite power to deliver him? Or he was delivered and returned to his past? Or he was not genuinely seeking deliverance? Irrespective, it's an interesting angle to look at this shocking case...

Across the campuses of Nigerian univeristies, crusades are held regularly where cultists are led to christ. Stories are shared... stories of changed men, men who were once killers, and then met Christ.

Their life changed, and they became better. It just happened. Everyone used to hate them, but soon, their presence spread smiles, and joy. They became top of their class, were able to graduate, get good jobs, and marry.

Slow music is played, the choir deliver a powerful rendition of 'Come to Jesus', the preacher screams of the damnation of hell fire.. the crowd is shook, some fall crying, 'Jesus, savior, lord have mercy on me'

The killer in the crowd steps out, moved by the atmosphere, the face of his victim flashing in his mind, the gun shot, the collapse of the body that confirmed the spirit had left it, his shaking hands as he made his getaway.

Guilt pushes him to the cross, he goes before the Lord in repentance, and sorrow. He cries, hard, promising not to return to the life again. To change, to be a better man.

The light welcomes Him, and shows him forgiveness. The weight of guilt is taken from his shoulder, he is free to live again......

They are a lost people, and like the truly lost, they have no clue. Their head is full of tales of Israel, Mecca and New York.. but of their cities and homes, they know not how they became.
