President Buhari speaks on retirement... President Muhammadu Buhari, Wednesday said he would retire after finishing what programmes and policies he started in his first term.  He spoke in New York, at the sidelines of the 74th UN General Assembly, when he met with President Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa of Portugal. I came to see that he will retire on the first of October as a package for Nigerians. His retirement will solve 90% of Nigeria's problem. |
