The Ministry of Transport headed by Rt. Hon. Rotimi Amaechi and Sen. Gbemi Saraki celebrates the World Maritime Day in lagos. The 2019 event which is tagged “Empowering Women in the Maritime Community”. While delivering their energetic and intelligent addresses, Distinguished Sen. Gbemi Saraki and Mrs Hadiza advocated for greater women participation and inclusion in the maritime industry and other spheres of life. Asides the monetary prize awarded to the 10 winners of the NIMASA 2019 essay competition; NIMASA, Distinguished Sen. Gbemi Saraki and Mrs also volunteered to scholarship to the best, 1st, 2nd runner up of the NIMASA essay competition. The event which took place in Lagos had in attendance men and women in maritime, logistics and transportation. 1 Like 1 Share
