Look at the South East that risked it all for him such that Buhari is punishing Igbos for 8 years because of Jonathan. What did he achieve for Igbos? Did he build the Second Niger Bridge? How many federal roads did he rehabilitate in the South East? Do you still think he isn't a failure?

What is the total budget of the federal government in the past 4 years, it is not less than 25 trillion naira. What is the cost of the Lagos Ibadan rail line project. It might not even be up to 1% of the 4 year budget in real terms. So how is spending less than 1% of the budget on a region become a good thing?
