But if the Police is sincere to stop all these extortions, all they need to do is make one scapegoat of one station DPO. Sirpaul: It is not up to 58 percent, don't you need a bachelor degree to get a master's degree and Ph.D.? 17 percent of the 37 percent BSc holders proceed to get a master's degree while 4 percent went further to get a Ph.D. degree.
