In price range of less than 30,000
Economy isn't smiling right now so that's how much I can budget for phone presently

If there is any Samsung phone in that price range I will like to know, thanks.

I don't think you can get a reasonable Samsung at that price range but there's Redmi 6a and Umidigi a3 pro. Those are the best I can prescribe.

OK thanks, good camera not less than 8mps in the back camera, good battery life of at least 3500mah, 4glte data usage, good memory would also be a plus

Yeah. These two should suffice, they both have the battery hiccup. Redmi 6a has a 3000mah but the Helio a22 is battery efficient and the a3 pro has 3300. Umidigi a3 pro has 12+5 rear camera, 8mp selfie while the 6a has 13mp rear and 5mp selfie. Both have dual 4g lte. 6a has 2/16 ram/rom with expandable storage (triple slot), a3 pro has 3/16 ram/rom also with triple slot and they both have 32gb storage variants. I hope this helps
