All races have corrupt tendencies when giving a chance to be corrupt and walk away freely. And when theres no law and order within communities of any race, there will surely be disorganization.
The whites are also corrupt in nature just like the Nigerian politicans, but they have fashioned out a system to check corruption and enhance a smooth and efficient flow of governance. The same thing applies to the asians. They are also corrupt in nature, but have worked out their way of minimizing corruption.
So the question is, why haven't Nigeria and other black african countries worked out their own way of tackling corruption and providing good governance? Does this have something to do with race?
