Douglas road is one of the most unsafe places in Owerri, people get robbed in broad daylight and everyone looks the other way, they’re all scared of these robbers and cultists because they feel they’ll come back and maybe hunt them down. Believe me when your cup is full and SARS is after you, there’s no place you can hide. Please who has the handle of The imo State government, those guys need to provide adequate security along that Douglas road!
