The simple truth is that Obasanjo is an attention seeker. He didn't do better when he was there. He introduced all manners of corruption into the national assembly because of his term term agenda. That corruption problem is still there today.

Useless elder talking rubbish. Obasanjo did a lot when he was there if you don't know. All that had been spoilt right from Shagari's period till 1999, he really tried his best to bring things aright, 8 years wasn't enough to solve all Nigeria problems as at the time he got there in 1999. He left and everything came back to square one when Yar'dua got there. He has to be writing cuz he had paid visit to them, they didn't take his advice. He saw their main agenda, that's why he resolved to writing letters. Useless people like this Alani Akinrinade just keep watching without having anything meaningful to offer to solve this country's numerous problems. All they can do is to be attacking who is trying his best to make sure that the country doesn't break.

Personally for me i love obasanjos letters. They are intelligent and cerebral and those who choose not heed it or atleast pick Smtn from it have been failures. He speaks for a place of knowledge and experience most times bt the overly defensive and guilty will quickly term it as due his selfish interests.
