He has done well and should be greatly rewarded.At least automatic employment after his service year would inspire and motivate others.He is a hero to the pupils in those schools.

In germany education is free even for foreigners, yet the government provide everything they need, because govt school are free in nigeria doesn't mean the parents should be the one to provide desk n chair.
Mind you, they dont pay tuition fee but they pay for school uniform, pta fee, exam fee, book n other writing materials after all this they should still provide chair again, so what is now free about the free education your govt is providing.

There are too many Nigerians that want to do good that could take this country to greater heights but the country is not helping at all
