First. The ram size of a device doesn't guarantee or assures the speed of a device.
So for a buyer looking for a fast phone, he/she should go for a device using the snapdragon 855+.

Thats a tough one, with speed and all I would go with the A9. The F11 phone is just fancy and has good camera for selfies particularly.
