They want to aspire to the highest position like the north and the SW, they want good federal roads, airport, rail system like the north and the SW have. Easy man, do you know where the IGR is coming from ? How many shops owners are assesibe to personal income tax? The IGR is primarily driven by PAYE and u can see that it's industry that are driving it. To be Frank,all the states in the north west should be merged with Kano and Kaduna. They are good for nothing. Sadly,they contribute nothing other than being a dead-weight to other states in the federation.
