I have reduce my drinking of carbonated drinks, stopped eating seasoned/processed foods, cube, biscuits. Though not use to it that much.

Sir, he is not far from the truth, u see many users of cannabis abuse this nature wonder by smoking it and committing all sort of atrocities, looking unkept e.t.c if you really want to maximise the real benefit of cannabis use it as vegetables (moderately) or alongside other vegetables when cooking which in turn will empower you to drink more water per day ( and you know the usefulness of water to the body)couple with fruits such as avocado, infact fruits in general not forgetting carrots when eating do this for 6 months then you will testify the tremendous changes you will witness both internally and externally. Infact people will help testify on your behalf, I mean healthy standard weight gain ( fitness), glowing skin, sharper brain, bright eyes, No more early morning sickness or Everytime sickness, looking young daily and lots more.The govt has to find a way to legalize it as well as sale and resale of it .

Please when putting inside indomie don't put plenty o, just little leaf or you go high die. My friend go put plenty for inside indomie the guy sleep from morning till night, he woke up chop eba, he slept and woke up the next day. He did virtually nothing for 24hours... Na laugh we laugh am.

Stop using maggi, substitute with salt. Stop eating canned and tinned foods with so much preservatives. Also significantly reduce consumption of processed foods like noodles, burgers and sausages
