Would it be better if he had abandoned it to start a new one like we always had in the past? Guy let's leave political sentiment out of any issue that concerns us. quote author=hisexcellency34 post=82955549]Buhari has not initiated any new projects since coming to power. hisexcellency34: Mumu. Check your facts well. Moreover,Buhari is not interested in personal achievement. His interest is Nigeria. With limited resources and huge debt burden, why new projects, rather than completion of old ones? 2 Likes 2 Shares |

abescom: Was it Jonathan that made us not to have money? When Madam Ngozi told us we were paying to pay salaries what did you saints say Buhari has performed 10times worse than Buhari and you're here making excuses for him. If buhari fulfilled 1/4 of his promises like building a refinery each year, will NNPC be paying billions monthly as fuel subsidy? 1 Like |

topstone4:I wanted to respond to your stupidity then I took a break to go through your profile only for me to discovered that you don't contribute anything positive but specialize in attacking others. Your type depends on others to feed yet you criticize those who feed you. Finally, your response as regards to boko haram is evidence that you are one of those who don't know when and how your problem started and as such, you won't take notice of how and when its solved. 2 Likes 1 Share |

alizma: Just say amen to the prayer instead of these long empty stupid ranting. May God handle your life and destiny the same way buhari handles Boko Haram insurgency. Is amen too much for you to type? |

And is supporting this useless government... Anyway, I will not call him a fool because everybody is aware that he's one already... Imagine sending 2020 appropriation budget to the national assembly without any human capital development project on it. Even to make the matter worst, no any new project at all. So, is Bubu telling us that year 2020 is also a joke like the past five years...? wherever you are now, just use your left hand to beat your chest and decree with your own mouth that you will not make heaven for supporting evil does. 1 Like |

hisexcellency34: Like the ones the PDP, GEJ and other administrations abandoned for decades like Warri Itakpe railway that was abandoned for 30 years. Where is the sense and wisdom in starting new projects when the country is littered with abandoned projects begging for completion.? Igbos no get sense or shame at all. 3 Likes 1 Share |

hisexcellency34: It's not how far but how well. whether he started a new project or now, what we want is to get by he project done to benefit the masses. what's the point in starting something you won't finish but there are some initiated or proposed ones that you can complete or execute ones they are bound to benefit the people? |

It is logical. However, what then justifies the increase in the budget from #8.8t to #10t? Is it that the 2019 capital budget performance was so poor that everything had to practically be carried over? |
