Well if you think there is no mass cheating in WAEC, then you are completely wrong. I can bet those schools were just victims of circumstances.

If you are privileged to move round these centres when next WAEC exams are on, you will understand why our educational system is just a mess.

It's not just about neco, it's same with WAEC too.
I wrote 9papers in waec in 2006, I was a commercial class student and my subjects in sch were 8, so there was a policy by state government/waec that all students must write 9, my sch registered geography for me as the 9th subject.
The teacher taking the subject then in my sch was just too strict/wicked for my liking, so I never attended class (note that I have no prior geography experience all through my days). Fast forward to exam day, I bought so many splash sweet to enjoy myself with in the hall, while writing exam, I slept off (our principal was so strict that you should not even think of help from anywhere nor cheating, that's the end for you) and my calculator was stolen during the sojourn to Dreamland.
Months later, result came out and I went to check, I had 5f9, 2e8, 1d7, 1b2. I was like a pass? Which subject ooo, and my geography dey look me sey na me be your B2.
My neco result then was similar to my gce which I got a year earlier.

Those ones were jus d ones not smart enough to have been caught... Most skools these days are jus glorified special centres for WAEC and NECO exams
