pls can any1 help me with my lost falsh drive dics.the disc size was i GB i formatted it and after formatting i lost the disc size from1GB to 256MB.pls can any1 help me out.thank you

if u're using a Windows system then i suggest u run the "check disk" utility & select the options to "automatically fix file system errors" and "scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors" when the dialog box prompts you!

mine too, but its a Sony mpeg4 player, its got a gigabyte capacity, but it became 233mb when i formatted it, i guess its those amateur companies, i use to love sony until now, lol

Try and use RAID utility on it. use windows xp CD with a RAID floopy disk.
boot from the xp cd observe the instruction and press f6 at the stage.
it is simple, at that stage u will creat a recovery for it, then move on. U will get to a stage where xp cd will require to load the RAID file
then access the diskette. after that try and format it with NTFS. u will recover ur full size bck

oopsy, where d hell can one get a RAID diskette in the age we re now.
diskettes re outdated, its rvery rare. can one get the sofware i mean the RAID file itself possibly online, then copy to a diskette??
someone pls reach me i need to this quick.

my response might be a little harsh, the best is to buy a new original flash drive.
presently the original makes in market now are quite scarce
