Your mental health is your greatest asset.

Always remember that.

Whatever sacrifice you make for the sake of your mental sanity is worth it

Your sanity comes first before any/every-thing

It doesn't matter if it suits the society, religion, or your environment.

Your mental health is the totality of your emotion.psyche.communication.conviction.compassion
It is the most sensitive, vital, and core part of your existence.

Pill. People. Food. Information. Music. Is a trigger and have the most potent power to influence your mental health.
Could be positive or negative but none leaves without making a mark.

Every perspective and action is a reflection of the mental health of an individual

Every perspective is personal, same as every reflection of an individual.

The hallmark of taking responsibility of your mental health is understanding your triggers and how to manage them.

Every human is human, but not every human is mentally healthy.

Mental health issues are not spiritual, demonic, or anything related to any of those.
They are simply and basically mental health issues that can be managed or handled by mental health professionals.

Narcissism, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Psychopath, Dementia, Depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Antisocial Behaviour... are not spiritual problem, they are real-relatable mental disorder with solutions/support system.

And we have individuals who are suffering from one form of mental illness or another all around us.

Whenever you are relating with anyone, please pay attention to:

A. Your mental sanity
B. The mental health of the person around you.

What people don't hide and can't hide is their mental health.

Sad enough, many people don't take mental health seriously until it threatens their sanity or in worse case scenario consumes life.

Everything in life comes with its attendant pleasure and pressure

It's okay to feel mad, to want your space, to desire love, to be hurt, to feel exhausted, to feel anxious, and it is okay to feel vulnerable.

But what is not okay is to suppress your emotion because suppressing your emotion will lead to either implosion or explosion of your mind.

The designer of human body spent the greatest part of creation constructing millions of vents in human body

Precisely FIVE MILLION PORES, to give your body a breathing space.

This means that for your mental sanity, you must create healthy venting system that will help you remain sane and healthy.

Emphasis on healthy venting system because not every venting system is healthy for you.

Be conscious of your personal association, they influence you the most.

Be careful of what you feed your mind with, they control a bunch of your thoughts

And when you notice any unfamiliar or unhealthy traits of mental stress or sickness, please seek help from a professional.

Be aware

Be conscious of your mental health

Support those with mental health issues

It is not a curse but a cause that we can support by sensitisation, education, and therapy session.

A reminder: not everyone who looks great is mentally healthy

Whatever sacrifice you make for your mental sanity is worth it.
