From medical perspective, any thing that can cause a constriction of veins and arteries is no allowed. It narrows the vein space thereby increases the pressure on the walls which can lead to high blood pressure,heart stack etc.. So you can drink warm water and bath hot water for healthy sake.

One should enjoy any one they care to. I use any type available but prefer cold if told to choose.

Hot water in a cold day especially rainy season abeg

Both during dry season ooo and rainy season, I bath with cold water,I repeat cold water... if you bath with hot water during dry season, I mean during harmattan, omg that's when you'll see tue real cold, both when you bath with cold water during harmattan, mostly in the morning, immediately cold will stop, I still wonder how it happens... I stopped bathing with hot water during my JSS class.... in order words, bathing with hot water too often, like some said here they can't bath if not with hot water, take note that hot water causes low sperm count for men, I repeat hot water causes low sperm count for men, I don't know what it does to women, I only know about the men... according to research ooo... use your phone and Google the bad side of bathing with hot water, don't just conclude on what I said. do your own research. thank you

Try Jos.... I think the only way to bath cold water is when the sun is really out and you've had a sun bath before having the cold shower
