See views from the independent 10 Megawatts project at the Tiga Hydropower Station in kano, an effort by the state governor Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje.
The project which will provide 10 Megawatts of electricity was started by the past administration in the state and has now reaches 90 percent completion.
Governor Ganduje has assured that the project will see the light of day very soon, hopefully to be launched in 2 to 3 months.
This will take care of the industrial sector of the state as the 10 Megawatts will take care of industries and street lights in the metropolis.
Similar project is also being carried out in Challawa dam.
Ganduje is really determined to bring back the past industrial might and glory of the state.

Stop acting like the monies are not shared across the 36 states of the federation. If you don't see any meaningful project in your state, hold your governor responsible and stop being bitter about what the North chooses to do with their allocations.
