Ethnic cleansing going on in Sudan has been on even before China sort billateral relations with African Nations. The problem of Sudan for me is not necessarily politics of US vs China.
But the shameful and errorneous thinking of President Umar El-Bashir that it is posible to wipe out people of a particular race in your country.

How he is he right? There is ethnic cleansing being perpetuated by Arabs against Africans.Ghaddafi himself has indulged in same, supplying Arab fighters in Chad with weapons in their war against African tribes.

We know the Chinese are supplying weapons to Sudan because they have extensive oil interests but there is no stretch of evidence that the US is doing same. Not even the Sudanese have made such an allegation.

What the US is doing in Sudan, leading international efforts to stop the genocide, should be supported. The problem is that they should be doing more.
