Indeed. the poster you responded to claims Yorubas have been in political wilderness since 1958 without understanding that this only shows the resilient and highly principled approach of the Yorubas to politics unlike the shallow outlook of 'food is ready' politics Igbos love. Yorubas can persevere in opposition out of lofty ideals and build political machinery that endures.

For example, Tinubu was sole opposition Governor in SW in 1999 to top of the pile today with APC having 5 out of 6 SW Governors. Which Igbo has ever achieved similar in the entire history of Nigeria?
