I acknowledge that climate change is part of the problem but 95% of flood in Nigeria cities is man made, pure water sachets, used tires and plastic cans are disposed indiscriminately into drainages and Drainages are poorly planned or constructed.
Some people even bribe town planning officials then sandfill and build houses on Natural waterways during dry season. The end product is flooding whenever it rains heavily.
