•To provide exceptional customer service and complete customer satisfaction.

•To resolve customer’s requests and complaints.

•To act as a direct interface between the Company and Customers.

•Provides quality customer service to customers daily.

•Answering phone calls and emails.

•Provides correct and complete report as may be required.

•Be able to generate leads leading to sales conversion.

Qualification/Requirements

•Entry Level is encouraged.

•An internship is highly encouraged.
