Education wise, Obaseki has been foot dragging. He has not done much in that sector. Oshiomole took it a step backward and Obaseki left it there. I know he will do something during his second term.

Sincerely speaking, where Oshimohole took Edo from and to and where it currently is, Obaseki has no added a finger to it in terms of infrastructure based on my personal opinion.
Almost all inter-state roads or na intra-state roads where done, well designed gutters to gully erosion that's was ravaging Benin City every raining season was done to a large extent (even though I admit a lot more should have been done), building and renovation of schools where very high during his time,workers salary were promptly paid and new hospitals were built and old ones renovated (though he could have done more)
Infrastructure-wise Obaseki is a leaner where Oshimohole is.

Take it or leave it ,Oshimohole is still way ahead of Obaseki on the performance scale judging by just first term performance alone.
Until Obaseki stretches his governance beyond his own district I can not praise him.
He needs to do more.
Governance is about services to all people who voted you in not to some selected areas because of politics or whatever his excuses are.

I know our brother Philip Shaibu(tge deputy governor)is not really doing what is expected of him since he was hand picked by Oshimohole he has being playing a kind of political god of some sort .

Tell your brother Obaseki to allow members of EDHA be sworn in this not the era of Zakawanu Garuba (ex speaker EDHA)and Abdul Razak aka Star Black (both representing my constitutencies then ).

I am not saying he is not trying, but we are not feeling his much praised impact especially here in Edo north.
