you wish.. but then stats and fact shows if Lagos unplugs from national grid it has enough power for 24/7 power supply, it would have a refinery that can serve the whole of west africa, it has coastal seaport, its yearly IGR is mighty,

There was a time Interpol came to Nigeria three years ago that when a vehicle is stolen, three things happen to that vehicle, either it is dismantled and sold as spare parts, or to alter the Vehicle Identification Number VIN/Chassis number as no two vehicles can have same VIN number or to export it out of the country. We discovered that out of 20 imported cars, about three or four were stolen. With our technology, once you input the VIN number, vehicle history will show up. If a vehicle is stolen abroad, it is reported with the police and the vehicle details flagged, which go into the vehicle history, especially any car from 2007.

lagos current debt is around $1bn and its IGR is $2bn
Foriengners with solid investment and asset wont pull out of the economy, if they get residency and work permit

Dude Nigeria is absolutely nothing without Lagos... 90% of non oil revenue comes from custom duty and economic activities around lagos

Much better than having to deal with some uncivilised government touts.

That's the way it is done in the UK. Over there the cameras catch your traffic offense and mail you your fine straight
