Ebonyi State Government in conjunction with world bank,federal ministry of Education and finance,universal basic education commission,under the better education service delivery for all(BESTA) is offering Scholarship to all out of school Children in Ebonyi State. Education for out of School Children is now free and compulsory for all children between 5 - 15yrs. It is now an offence to keep ones children out of School or engage them in child labour.
