The President of the Senate, Ahmad Lawan read Buhari’s letter of request on the floor of the Senate on Tuesday.

Like Osun, Like Kogi.

APC's constitutional style of vote buying. Why special request? The governor had said that Buhari earlier gave his state N30 billion.
Other states without elections equally need to pay salaries.

This is nothing but barefaced manipulation.
