We are looking for an experienced Chief Executive Officer or CEO to supervise and control all strategic and business aspects of our furniture company. You will be the first in command in the company and responsible for giving the proper strategic direction as well as creating a vision for success.

Key Responsibilities
Organizational:
Build a leading and winning team, excited about transforming furniture market in Nigeria.
Fully own your P&L, including revenue and cost management.
Supervise and drive your business with data: steer each team across a set of defined and aligned KPIs, set ambitious targets and closely track towards the success of your business.
Closely collaborate with the marketing department to achieve optimal online channels, as well as aligning all offline activities.
Together with your COO, develop your business strategy and plan for excellent execution

Reporting:
Lead a shared weekly reporting with your respective teams, including targets for key indicators.
Lead the Monthly/Quarterly reporting to the Board of Directors.
Work towards the achievement of your quarterly targets

Functions:
Sales: Challenge your sales team every single day; fully understand the sales process and the strengths and weaknesses of your sales funnel, and manage it strategically.
Business Development: Work towards establishing prestigious and highly targeted local partnerships, with defined and measurable targets
Operations: Establish and improve your production processes; ensure a lean setup wherever possible
Marketing: Identify the optimal online and offline brand position and strategically position your operations and marketing towards it.
Competitive analysis: Frequently analyze your competition's behavior to reposition yourself strategically


Key Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of relevant business experience with a proven track record;
Focused with good analytical skills;
Data-driven with a strategic mindset;
Excellent people management and leadership skills;
Flexibility and adaptability to change;
Entrepreneurial experience;
Understanding of digital products and their impact on users, the completion and economics behind the business;
Level of results orientation.
