At the end of the day it's still the common man that will bear the brunt.
The policy makers will receive free rice from lobbyists.
Coscharis, Dangote & other large scale producers that lobbied for border closure so they could recoup their investments should let us know why their rice are not available to the public. Are they waiting till 50kg = ₦50,000 before they bring out theirs? Initially they kept claiming that the influx of foreign rice was stiffling local production. Are the local farmers & retailers saying that if they sell the local rice below 15k they wouldn't make profit?...
Meanwhile Bubu without steady power supply in naija which way?

My dear don't mind them. They always advocate for buy naija to grow the naira but can't set good examples. Imagine FG making huge allocation for senators cars',but can't patronize the likes of innosson. Their medical care is abroad but the local man is restricted to services gotten at home.
