Being proactive is an alien concept to all levels of leadership in this country. One would think that after the fire disaster in Onitsha, quick, effective changes/adjustments will be made to fire service operations nationwide to ensure such disaster never occurs again or is more effectively managed but no, they remain stupidly reactionary! Poor, struggling Nigerians continue to bear the brunt of a sick leadership pattern. 1 Like |
