I got a message from MTN that starting from Oct 21, they will start charging 4 naira per 20 seconds directly for USSD access to banking services. Does this not amount to double taxation? Why Are bent on milking the masses dry? Is this how the govt intend to repay the numerous loans borrowed? I think they should have focused more on production and manufacturing not high taxation. |
