consider doing 50,000 plantain early 2020, sell before within a year even at N300 per bunch, that gives you a gross of N15m each year.
set aside maintenance expenses, 2nd year harvest will give you more.

Is land still available?... also do you have a source for plantain and banana... how is demarcation done and how bout security... I would need some close to the stream for fish pond, livestock , poultry and snail

I just got advise that a deposit towards buying and paying on installments is allowed while you use the land instead of depositing huge sums for about 2 years lease.
