Founded by the wife of the Enugu State Governor, Mrs Monica Ugwuanyi recently constructed tippy taps made from woods and kegs for a primary school in the state to aid contactless hand washing. WHAT DO YOU THINK? �

Though I'm disappointed, I'm not surprised that Nigerians continue to believe their salvation is just around the corner, but also think a 'borehole' should be dug for a children's hand washing exercise.
