Our client in the Fintech industry is recruiting HR Business Partners in Ibadan (10 slots).

Ideal candidates must have between 2-3 years experience in an HR position.

Requirements;
- Solid experience with employee management - Able to resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Have practical knowledge of HR end to end processes and procedures
- Minimum of Bsc / HND
- Be able to suggest new HR Strategies
- Able to monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
