AM getting different instructions from different people on how to wire my ethernet cable with RJ45 plugs. some give the order-

-Brown/brown & white
-Green/Green & White
-Blue/Blue & white
-Purple/Purple & White

Pls is this order correct? pls help. tenx

pls somebody help, i need to wire my network cables but do not know the right order to fit in the cables into the RJ45 plugs. Pls u can give any xtra advise. Thanks.

This depends on the type of network you are configuring, but this method Shouls work

-Orange&White
-Orange
-Green&White
-Blue
-Blue&White
-Green
-Brown White
-Brown
This is a correct Order

like i said earlier, the type of cable you want to constuct would determine the order in which they would take.

there are different types of cable connections, there's cross over cable and straight through cable, below is the cable color for a straight through cable connection.
white orange
orange
white green
blue
white blue
green
white brown
brown
