Requirements:
1. A good degree in Business Administration or equivalent; while a masters degree will be an added advantage.
2. Understanding Customer Concerns
3. Must have diverse operational working knowledge
4. Communicating within the Company
5. Investigating Problems
6. Ability to multitask, must have excellent communication skills and must be a strategic thinker.
8. Must apply good discretion, good judgment ability, must be an adaptable and versatile individual.
9. Ability to equilibrate priorities and organize work effectively to meet deadlines.
10. Must have good leadership skills and must be a self starter.
Attending to detail to ensure nothing slips through the cracks
Analyzing problems in order to come up with resolutions
