You can actually export and import browser in both. And both follows the same process.

Firefox as a browser is the best I've encountered on pc.

The only advantage chrome has is sync. It comes as default for android, making it easier to sync data and passwords between devices. Firefox can sync too but why would anyone want to have Firefox & chrome installed on the same phone?

That's one of the reasons for the popularity of Chrome.

Since the switch, I've never made use of Chrome. Firefox is faster. A lot faster self. Returns fewer errors even with poor connection. And not to talk about the user interface.

I already said you could import into both, you were the one who stated initially that you wished you could export your chrome passwords.

Firefox faster? Having used both, i don't think any is faster than the other. Popular belief online is that Chrome is faster, although I don't believe that personally.
Then about user interface, I don't know how you make your judgment but Chrome looks more simply and easier to you.
About popularity, if not very recently when Chrome is default on android, Firefox has always enjoyed popularity on PC. Most people only know Chrome lately.

Chrome looks simpler on the surface but has far greater hidden uses than Firefox.
Chrome has more extensions store. Then, some things you can't do unless you use extension in firefox, Chrome will do it by default without the use of extension.

Trash. The extensions on the desktop version don't work well, let alone that for android.

Google Chrome with no extension beats firefox with all the extensions in the world.

There's a hidden place on Chrome desktop, just go there and unlock all the hidden settings.
Plus Chrome has more and better powerful extensions than firefox trashfox. Chrome with no extension kills trashfox, Chrome with extension finally buries trashfox

Firefox is a piece of shit. Can't even imagine the last time I checked, Firefox can't save a simple webpage as .mhtml.
Firefox is so fvcking archaic.

I always choose Google products any time any day.
Any google product always look simple but eventually turns out to be the most sophisticated.

Anything that comes from Google is the 'go to'.

I used to think like you before.

It must be chrome on desktop or nothing at all.

Just once I had little problem with my chrome and decided to try Firefox.

Since then, I've had no regrets. To me Firefox is the best browser on desktop. The only reason that makes me to open chrome nowadays is to look for saved passwords. Just wish I can export them to Firefox and that will be the end of Chrome for me
