I need some cheap new China smartphones with carton that are capable of running "WhatsApp and few other social media apps.

I have made some search on " aliexpress and alibaba " but couldn't find any on there,will appreciate if anyone will direct me to a website where I can find this over there in China.

(Price range should be from $10-15). Would need up to 50 pcs

Don't be quick to comment, ensure to often read in between lines before you speak.... I stated "cheap Chinese phones capable of running WhatsApp ,

there are so many poorly refurbished cheap chinese phones with packet in Lagos sold for N5000 or below. But it's often marred with system errors like "Out of storage even when you have SD card on it, " File manager closed or unexpectedly closure of any other default app"

I need something more functional than that.
