Nigerians are the funniest people on earth. I don't know why you people are supporting someone who has been accused of stealing govt money. "Free the guy" "God fatherism is dangerous" "they should free this guy nah" etc. Are the cries of people whose collective wealth has been stolen by this dude. Let's look at it this way, has any top govt official in Lagos ever been convicted for any financial crime before? No! If Ambode will be the first, so be it. A time will come when those who are leading the charge against him will be on the other side of the fence and this same action against Ambode will be used as reference for their own prosecution too. In war, you don't stop your enemies from killing each other These politicians are our enemies. Be guided. 5 Likes 1 Share |

Bought Buses without authorization! By who? The house of assembly? Who? ......Would they rather authorise purchase of status cars for members of the state house of assembly? Truth be told this BRT or blue buses purchased by Ambode is the biggest achievement of his administration. Go to TBS Lagos and see how commuters praise Ambode on a daily basis. That is how governance reaches the common people, through intervention projects and policies. All this noise they are making is because they didn't have a "cut" in the purchase hence they are upset. It's such a shame that they are complaining about a project as important as those buses. Have you ever seen a politician complain when cars are bought for them no matter how expensive? The man behind this Lagos politics will fall! Yes he will. 2023 shall tell. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Any man that refuses to stand tall like a man, should always expect to be rubbished. It was even better for Ambode if he was impeached then as the Governor than what he z facing now. Am sure Obaseki has learnt from the mistake of Ambode. 1 Like |

Let every man or woman of the moment know that power is transient. It's turn by turn. You''ll only be remembered for what you did with power when you had it. Power is like money, it moves from place to place. I remember when people sang; Ambo o, Ambo (3ce) Ambode tii tunde Ambo. Remember people pretend to love someone in power, Deep down their hearts, it is what they get by virtue your position that is responsible for the deceitful loyalty. Oroka ti bò lowo baba Olorisa, Olorisa ti di eniyan yępęrę. Don't forget your old friends when you are in power, these are the ones you will eventually run back to. |

If you don't stand up to bullies they will never let you have peace. Ambode missed the golden opportunity while he was still governor. |

There is nothing they can do. The time they have much power of this threat has passed. Ambode is no longer a governor they can impeach, he cannot be arrested with order of Lagos assembly where he is. This is just a mere noise to spoil his name but I understand Ambo silence means golden and the beans will be spill at the right time and we know who is actually corrupt in the past and present leadership of Lagos. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Ambode has done nothing wrong, he should be free from this hypocrite in the National Assembly requesting for one useless prove. Because Ambode did not allocate those buses to each of them. Ambode was able to cut all the excessive expending these useless sets of political thugs in NA ,now they are looking for ways to deprive him of his entitlement. Is Babatunde Raji Fashola a saint, Is Bola Ahmed Tinubu a saint. The National Assembly should also open the books of all the past Governors if they sincere and not selective by biasness and hatred on Ambode. If I were Ambode I will not honour this so call NA request, except other past Governors are been placed or subjected to same treatment. The NA should be more focused on the present Governor in other to guild against whatever corruption plan he might have mind you this loyalist Governor to Tinubu, so,they should expect more bullion Van as usual. If you know you know. 1 Like |

There is nothing they can do. Ambode is no longer a governor of Lagos that they can impeach. Their order can not arrest Ambo where ever he is even if he is in the country. They are mere assembly of noise maker who have no job. One thing is certain, Ambo silence is golden. At the appropriate time, he will spill the beans and Nigerian will know who is actually corrupt in past and present leadership of Lagos. 1 Like |
