A disgusting viral video on social media captures the moment some Nigerian soldiers brutally punished an alleged shoe thief. According to report the man stole an expensive shoe worth 20k and sold it for 2k. They soldiers ordered the man to swim in a dirty gutter with one of them using his boot to press the man’s head down into the water.
