Former Aviation Minister, Femi-Kayode has said that the prediction that Nigeria would break up was still going to come to pass.

He added that it was only a question of time before the prediction would be fulfilled.

However, the former aviation minister said that the conditions that would help Nigeria to continue to exist as one country would be the restructuring of the country.

He was reacting to the warning on Wednesday in Abuja, by the former chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Professor Attahiru Jega, who said that Nigeria would break up in 2015 could become a reality if measures were not taken to avoid such happening.

But responding in a tweet on his verified Twitter account, @realFFK, Fani Kayode said, "Nothing can stop it. It's only a question of time. If you want us to stay one then restructure the country and stop treating southerners and Middle Belters like slaves.

you will be very shocked my friend. The only people that would vote for Nigeria are the Yorubas and the Hausas. dont believe what you read online.for the SE, 75 percent would vote for seperation. you just dont know how angry and frustrated Nigerians are. grin

lol north and southwest makes a huge voting bloc, infact according to PVC statistics NW was top, followed by SW, then NC and SS with SE second to the last and NE last

so tell me which nothern zone would vote out of Nigeria even with the lowest IGR ,no seaport , customers of agrobased product in south, with monthly allocation ? tell me if the SouthWest you know would ever vote against Nigerian entity when it largely benifits from the arrangement, having the busiest ports (which we tax heavily) and enjoying oil allocation..

sadly SouthEast might be fustrated but thier leaders want oil allocation too, even with all of califonia's fustration US aint letting them go, same as catalona in spain

When the referendum is done,it wont be done on the basis of an election type process. it would be done regionally. because a referendum is to ask the different nations if they still want to be with Nigeria. SE would defintely leave. Then the Yorubas and Hausas can live happily ever after. they might even make Buhai their president. if they are lucky. because he is the Messiaih. grin

Buhari, Artiku, Nnandi kana and doom of Nigeria

Prior to the fusion of the Northern and Southern protectorate to form Nigeria, the colonial masters were faced with severe opposition from the southeastern, Midwestern, South-south and southwestern regions. The Rulers in these geopolitical zones rejected the idea to merge every zone under one political entity called Nigeria. Buhari, Atiku, Nnamdi Kanu And Nigeria’s doom.

After a prolong persuasion and the acceptance of gifts from the British masters, the Rulers gave in to their wish. But they didn’t know the terms and conditions involved in such a contract. They were all blind to that, except the northern elects.
