Now regarding Nigerias unity, A referendum will really depend on the questions asked. If it is a simple break between North and South. The south will vote overwhelmingly for Break up. Because even the Yoruba are smart enough to know that the less people you have to divide the oil wealth with, the better. Now if it is to break up into three or 4 regions with the Yoruba getting Odua republic, then It will be a different story. Maybe 50/50. Because you see oil, laziness and greed are the root of Nigerias problem. All the regions in Nigeria are greedy for oil and that breeds laziness or maybe its vice versa rather they are lazy and so depend on the oil. The only people in Nigeria that dont depend on its oil are the Igbo. This is not tribalism speaking. Its fact. Igbo people are so greedy (or ambitious) they will strive to be successful , no matter what.

I think the best thing for Nigeria is just carve out Ibo land. Keep the SS and you guys can go on relying on your oil or restructure or do whatever you like while we the Ibo can live in a country that rewards hardwork and ambition not just tribe
