Well, I've not been in 9ja since 2008 but cant remember seeing any new road in ikd when I was there. And there seems not to be any other road cos we all know how pple drive for 8hrs during the flood that hit ikd.

Lagos is probably more populated and wealthier than those countries. So not sure the comparison is so meaningful, to be honest.

But it certainly makes me feel good

Sierra-Leone has a population of 6.5 million people.

Lagos, by conservative estimates, has a population of 25 million so its only logical that we'll need more roads.

The metropolitan area of lagos alone as at today has a population in excess of 20 million not counting d suburbs.
